Proposed Art Exhibit

Ya La'Ford (b. 1979, Bronx, NY)


Deco Northwood will feature an 8-story high art installation by artist and educator Ya La'Ford.  This installation seeks to inspire and challenge, providing interactivity and engagement to our North End. The universal power of art is used to celebrate the city's historical richness.


Ya's installation aims to recognize the interaction of the surrounding geography, waterways, eco system, agricultural influences (mango), and natural wildlife (Blue Heron).  This powerful symbol of diversity will showcase how the West Palm Beach community infuses creativity into the city's diverse neighborhoods.
